As more lighting manufacturers embrace feedback protocols like Remote Device Management, it's vital that feedback-enabled equipment meets the protocol standard and works hand-in-hand with other feedback devices – factors key to customer satisfaction.
The Institute for Feedback excellence provides a thorough testing process for this equipment, ensuring it meets the highest possible standards for protocol compliance and compatibility.
When a piece of equipment passes IFE's tests, it earns IFE certification, boosting consumer confidence in the product. An "IFE Verified" logo affixed to the device enhances that reputation. If the equipment fails the tests, the IFE provides a helpful report that details any problems and suggests how they might be fixed.
Tests can be conducted at labs around the world or via a mobile lab able to be shipped anywhere.
Founded by three lighting manufacturers with valuable feedback expertise – Enttec Pty. Ltd., Martin Professional, and Wybron, Inc. – the Institute for Feedback Excellence aims to ensure a positive feedback experience for lighting manufacturers, customers, and end users around the world.
